I reckon it must be karma.
This week has been extremely hard work, long long hours of editing, one great film produced and a few irritating ‘technicals’ (a phrase we once heard pronounced over the tannoy at Heathrow when explaining the delay of our flight to Auckland!).
So, overall a very productive but at times stressful week.
Then...
It’s always cool to receive thank you cards and emails from our happy couples and every now and then a little gift.
So thank you to the wonderful Sarah & Ian for sending Yvonne, Stuart and I a lovely little bottle of Raspberry Vodka each and a lovely heartfelt handwritten note.

I’ll skip the usual run through of the important events of 2009 and skip straight to the run through of the past 2 weeks off!
Well it’s been a blur of relaxation, mulled wine, chocolates, TV, sledging, pinot noir, snowball fights, arguing over which film to watch, stuffing and turkey, champagne, and shovelling...

YES!! I’m very chuffed to say that tonight, I won the Institute of Videography Best Open Award 2009 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
That’s a UK wide competition and very hotly contested with some seriously good videographers across the whole UK so it’s a brilliant award and I’m very very proud
